Returns

At Hyper Toy Mart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Pre-order and limited edition items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened collectibles or toys.
  • Sale/clearance items.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
